Position Summary: The Testing Proctor is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and exemplary customer service in a comfortable and friendly environment. The Proctor is responsible for administering exams to students while maintaining professionalism and ensuring continuous compliance with testing policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:
• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates, their computer screens, and the testing room from an adjacent area using cameras and other electronic equipment.
• Assist candidates (who may speak in very soft voices in the testing environment) and internal departments with troubleshooting to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time in a quiet environment.
• Required to escort candidates to and from the testing room.
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
• Able to hear soft voices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams.
