Position Summary: Washburn University's Computer Information Sciences department invites applications for adjunct instructor.

Essential Functions:
Teach: CM101 Computer Concepts and Applications. The course delivery method is to be determined. In-person or on-line. On-line course would require the instructor to be a resident of Kansas. At this time the schedule is optional, two/three days per week.

Required Qualifications:
• Master's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Or
• Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of industrial experience in computer science/information technology.
• Demonstrated dedication to developing teaching practices that engage students from all backgrounds.
• Official educational transcripts are required during the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working or teaching experience computer science or information technology.
