Position Summary: Washburn University's Department of English invites applications for Spring 2024 adjunct faculty position.
Essential Functions:
Teach EN 101 - First Year Writing and/or EN 103 Academic Reading and Research
M,W,F or T,R
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree or higher in English or a closely-related field, or a master's degree in another field with 18 graduate credit hours of coursework in English.
Demonstrated commitment to developing inclusive teaching practiced that engage students from diverse backgrounds.
Official transcripts are required during the offer stage
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching college-level composition
